At Shri Radha Krishna Jewellers, we are committed to offering our customers jewellery that reflects purity, trust, and superior craftsmanship. All jewellery items sold at our showroom are crafted and supplied strictly in accordance with certified quality standards. We provide complete assurance of metal purity (carat) and net weight as clearly mentioned on the final bill issued at the time of purchase. Our pricing for gold and silver jewellery is based on prevailing daily market rates, and customers are advised that prices may vary due to market fluctuations. In the event of any typing, calculation, or printing error, the final decision of Shri Radha Krishna Jewellers shall be considered binding and valid. All purchases are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per government norms for gold, silver, and jewellery categories, and only the final printed bill issued by our store will be treated as valid proof of purchase. Exchange of jewellery is permitted strictly as per store policy and only against the original bill. Gold jewellery may be exchanged after evaluation of its condition, weight, and purity, while broken, damaged, or altered jewellery will be assessed by the store before approving any exchange. Silver jewellery exchanges are accepted solely under the terms defined by the store. Please note that jewellery once sold cannot be returned or refunded in cash under any circumstances. However, customers may opt for an exchange in accordance with applicable store policies. For customized jewellery orders, advance payment is mandatory, as such items are specially crafted based on individual customer preferences. Customized or special orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Shri Radha Krishna Jewellers does not provide warranty coverage for normal wear and tear, breakage, or damage caused by mishandling. Any repair or servicing required will be chargeable depending on the condition and nature of the jewellery. We accept payments through Cash, UPI, and Bank Transfers, and customers are responsible for clearing any pending balances in a timely manner. In case of participation in Gold or Silver Saving Plans (where applicable), all schemes will operate strictly as per the terms announced by the company, and Shri Radha Krishna Jewellers reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any plan without prior notice. All disputes, if any, shall be subject to Ghaziabad jurisdiction only.
