It is best to wear jewellery only after applying all beauty products and remove it first once you return home. Water and sweat are also harmful, as sweat, chlorine, saltwater, and harsh environments can damage the finish and weaken settings, so jewellery should be removed before swimming, gym workouts, or household chores. Storing jewellery correctly is equally important; each piece should be stored separately in a soft pouch, zip-lock bag, or anti-tarnish cloth to avoid scratches.
Thin chains, anklets, and bracelets tend to tangle easily, so they should be kept straight and stored individually, especially while travelling. Silver jewellery requires special care, as it naturally tarnishes over time; gently wiping it with a soft cotton cloth and using anti-tarnish strips in storage helps preserve its shine. Gold jewellery can accumulate dirt with regular use, so occasional cleaning with mild soap and lukewarm water for a few minutes, followed by gentle brushing, is recommended. Diamond and stone jewellery need careful handling because dust often gets trapped behind stones, reducing sparkle; cleaning with a soft toothbrush and avoiding heavy work while wearing them helps maintain brilliance.
Daily-wear jewellery such as anklets, rings, and bracelets experience more friction, so settings should be checked regularly and loose stones tightened immediately.

All jewellery is made using 100 percent pure gold and BIS Hallmark certified 92.5 sterling silver. Every piece is checked by our quality team before packing and dispatch. Prices are calculated as per the daily gold and silver market rates to maintain transparency and fairness.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order only if the parcel has not been shipped. After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled and you may only use the exchange or return process if applicable. Customised or personalised orders, such as engraving, name designs, special sizes, or made to order pieces, cannot be cancelled after confirmation. Any advance amount paid for such customised orders is non refundable.
Return Policy
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are fulfilled.
The jewellery is unused and unworn.
The item is returned in original condition with box, packaging material, invoice and all certificates.
The BIS Hallmark or purity certificate is not tampered with or missing.
The following items are not eligible for return.
Custom made or personalised jewellery.
Discounted products, festival offers and clearance sale items.
Products damaged due to mishandling, improper use, or modification by the customer.
Exchange Policy
Customers can exchange a product for another product of equal or higher value, subject to stock availability and inspection. The value of the new product will be calculated on the basis of the current gold and silver rates on the date of exchange. Making charges are not refundable or adjustable during exchange unless specifically mentioned in writing by Shri Radha Krishna Jewellers.
Refund Policy
Refunds are allowed only in specific situations, such as valid cancellation within the allowed time, delivery of a defective or damaged product, or receiving a wrong item compared to the confirmed order. After the returned product reaches us, our team will inspect it within 3 to 5 working days. If the product passes inspection, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment. Banks and payment gateways may take 7 to 10 working days to reflect the amount in your account. Rate difference due to change in market price is not considered while processing a refund. Return courier or logistics charges are normally borne by the customer unless Shri Radha Krishna Jewellers has clearly agreed in advance to bear those charges.
