1. Delivery Timeline

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
Delivery within India typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the location.
For customized jewelry, delivery timelines may vary and will be communicated at the time of order.

2. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all orders above a certain amount (as per ongoing offers).
For smaller orders, standard shipping charges will apply and will be displayed at checkout.

3. Packaging & Insurance

All jewelry is packed in tamper-proof and secure packaging.
Every shipment is fully insured until it reaches your doorstep. Please do not accept delivery if the package appears damaged or tampered with.

4. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/WhatsApp.
You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we primarily ship within India. For international shipping requests, please contact us at sales@support.srkjewely.in.

6. Delays & Exceptions

We strive for on-time delivery, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like strikes, natural disasters, or courier partner issues.
