1. Are there any shipping charges applicable to my order?

We charge Rs.50 as shipping charges on all orders across India. This fee remains the same regardless of the order size or weight. We aim to provide transparent and affordable shipping options for you, ensuring a seamless shopping experience both locally and internationally.

2. How much time does it take to dispatch my order?

At Shri Radha Krishna Jewellers, we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of placement, and you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS upon dispatch. Personalized jewellery orders may take approximately 12–15 days to be dispatched, ensuring meticulous customization.

3. How much time does it take to deliver the order?

We work with leading logistics partners in India to provide a seamless delivery experience for your jewellery. Once dispatched, prepaid orders are delivered within 5–7 business days, while COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are delivered within 8–10 business days. We strive to ensure a speedy and reliable delivery process to bring joy to your doorstep.

4. Do you deliver pan India?

Yes, we deliver to all pin codes across India, spreading happiness from north to south, east to west. We are always ready to bring our delightful products right to your doorstep. Happy shopping!

5. Do you deliver internationally too?

Yes, we provide international delivery for our customers across the globe.

6. What happens if I am not available to collect the order?

If you’re unable to collect the order yourself, we suggest asking a family member or neighbor to receive it on your behalf. If that’s not possible, you may request the Delivery Executive to attempt delivery the following day. Please note that this depends on the Delivery Executive and cannot be assured.

7. Wrong item received – what should I do?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us through any of our support channels (Call/Email/Chat) between 10 AM – 7 PM as soon as you notice the issue. Our team at Shri Radha Krishna Jewellers will gladly assist you and resolve the matter promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority.

8. Can I change the address once the order is placed?

If you need to modify your delivery address after placing the order, please reach out to our support team any day between 10 AM – 7 PM. We’ll do our best to assist you.

9. Items are missing from my order – what should I do?

If you find any items missing, please contact us through our support channels (Call/Email/Chat) between 10 AM – 7 PM. We will investigate your order and assist you at the earliest.

10. The order was not delivered, but I received a message stating it was. What should I do?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us via Call/Email/Chat between 10 AM – 7 PM. Such cases require a detailed investigation and may take some time, but we assure you that your concern will be resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Return, Replacement & Exchange

What is return policy?

We are delighted to offer you a hassle-free shopping experience. We provide a 15-day return policy starting from the delivery date. Kindly note that this policy does not apply to personalized jewellery, coins, utensils and God idols other than in cases of defective/spurious products. Shri Radha Krishna jewellers reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items. Please note that You must return the items in their original packaging and not use them.

2. I didn't like the product. How can I return my order?

If you wish to return your order, please contact our support team through any channel of your choice – Calls, Emails, or Chats. Please note that it may take up to 15 working days to complete the return pick-up from your location. If the return pick-up is not completed within 15 working days, kindly reach out to us again for assistance.

3. Can I exchange the product if I don't like it with some other product?

We understand that preferences may vary, which is why we offer exchanges for a different item if you are not satisfied with the jewellery, have received a faulty product, or have received an incorrect item within 15 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please note that in the event of an exchange, any price difference will be collected from or refunded to you, as applicable.

4. What is the refund procedure for returned orders?

We initiate refunds within 48 hours of receiving the product at our warehouse. For prepaid orders: Refunds are initiated to the original payment source. For COD orders: Refunds are processed via a Razorpay Payout link, which will be shared with the customer. You will need to enter the correct details and choose your preferred mode of receiving the refund. For wallet orders: The refund amount will be credited back to the wallet only, in accordance with RBI guidelines. For combination payments: Refunds will be processed in the same proportion as the payment was received, including partial refunds.

5. In how many days will my return be picked up?

It may take up to 15 working days for the return pick-up to be completed from your location once the return request is placed. In case the return pick-up is not done within 3 working days, please reach out to us at sales@support.srkjewely.in .

6. Can I return two orders together?

If you have placed return requests for two different orders, there is a possibility that the same delivery executive may pick them up. However, we request you to verify the orders with the executive and hand over only the relevant product for each order. Please ensure that each order is returned in its original packaging.

7. What happens if I want to return the product after the return window is closed?

We’re sorry, but we do not accept return requests after 7 days of delivery. However, you may still be covered under our Warranty Policy. In case of issues such as fading, breakage, or defects, you can contact our support team between 10 AM and 7 PM, and we will replace your product with a brand-new one.

8. When will I get my refund for the returned order?

Prepaid Orders: Once the reverse pick-up is completed and the product is received at our warehouse, refunds are initiated within 48 hours. You will be notified via email and SMS. Please note that it may take 7–10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. COD Orders: Once the reverse pick-up is completed and the product is received at our warehouse, refunds are initiated within 48 hours. A Razorpay Payout link will be shared with you, and after filling in your details, the refund may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account.

Payments & Refunds

1. What payment methods are accepted at Shri Radha Krishna Jewellers?

At Shri Radha Krishna Jewellers, we offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience. Customers can make payments using credit cards, debit cards, UPI, bank transfer, cash on delivery (COD), and other major digital payment methods.

2. What should I do if the payment is deducted but I haven’t received an order confirmation?

If your payment has been successfully deducted but you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team via call, email, or chat. If the payment has been received by us, we will manually create your order and proceed with shipping. In case the amount has not reached us, the payment gateway will automatically refund the amount to your original payment source within 5–7 working days.

3. Do I need to pay any extra charges apart from what is shown on the website?

No. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount payable. If you are asked to pay anything extra, please inform us immediately so we can assist you

4. Where will I receive the refund amount for a returned order?

For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment source. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred directly to your bank account.

5. How many days does it take for the refund to reflect in my account?

All refunds are initiated by us within 48 hours of the cancelled or returned order being delivered to our warehouse. For COD orders, a Razorpay Payout link will be shared, and the amount is credited instantly once your details are submitted. For prepaid orders, the refunded amount generally reflects in your account within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
